Yesterday, we got a chance to set up our mobile unit in the heart of Downtown Atlanta at #raurfest2015, and serve the homeless population while a live concert was going on inside GA Freight Depot! We were able to complete 17 makeovers, and connect those that we served to resources they needed most.
Additionally, students from c5 & Usher’s New Look collected over 30 boxes of donations for those in need. Below are a few pictures from yesterday!

This past weekend, we partnered with Community Out Team & TitleMax and provided 25 showers & haircuts to homeless men and women in need.
Not only was it an amazing experience to serve, it was amazing to see brothers and sisters transform. Below are a few pictures from this past weekend.
This past weekend, we got a chance to serve kids in College Park with the #mobilemakeovers bus! Not only were kids happy, we got a chance to hear stories and build some cool relationships with families in the community.
We are now at 86 #mobilemakeovers, and only have 189 makeovers to go to reach our 275 goal for the year. Check out some of the smiling kids below!

This coming Saturday, we are partnering with College Park Housing, and a local barbering school to cut the hair of youth in the community who will participate in the 3-on-3 tournament put on by the Housing Authority.
We will take out the bus, and park near the basketball court and set up! We are excited about providing more #mobilemakeovers this week.

Yesterday, our team went out to serve those in need with the #mobilemakeovers bus, and it was amazing!
We encountered a gentleman by the name of Harvey! At first he was apprehensive, but when he stepped on the bus he came to life, shared his story, and was open to all of the services we referred him to…
In fact, he said God sent the right people to me this morning! Check out his before and after picture below…

Yesterday, our founder Terence Lester gave a talk to graduating seniors about finding their niche and serving humanity with love! We were grateful that we got a chance to talk about LBW at Therrell High School.

Yesterday, we partnered with 20 volunteers from Northwestern Benefit to serve College Park Housing Authority!
We planted over 250 flowers, and vegetables for seniors living in this community. Not only was it great “greening” the area, but it was just as exciting to see the lasting impact it will have on the families.
On May 1st, we launched our “Love Tour” traveling to different counties providing makeovers to those in need… So far, we have made over 15 people, and have toured to two counties (Fulton & Cobb).
Today, we are headed to Clayton County to provide more #mobilemakeovers! We are excited. We have been able to change people’s lives and restore dignity with our closet, hygiene area, and barbershop.
